      * Not transparent management - everything is always concealed, a lot of management decisions are done in secret and affected people are not at all involved/informed of the decision making process * Below average salaries

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
