      You will have the opportunity to grow fast as a professional if you know how to use their internal courses, mentoring program and feedbacks. Moreover, you can improve your network easily as you are in constant contact with great professionals.

      Cons

      As you are outsourced, sometimes you feel like you are more the customer's employee than EPAM's.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
