2. Post-acquisition of AGS, EPAM India has gone through major transformation starting from
• Hiring through EPAM tools, evaluation by certified interviewers
• Adopting global delivery X and EngX practices like Engx Bootcamp, clean code and clean design courses, project level certifications, regular events like Dojos, Katas and Retreats
• Learning through mentoring approach, exclusive programs to develop Delivery Managers through DM school and Solution Architect through SA school. Programs to develop mid level managers through DM essentials, Leadership essentials, first time manager program, Manager Mentoring Program
• Promotions through Unified Assessment approach which is unbiased and Manager agnostic process
• Performance evaluation through a forward-looking tool that empowers associates to seek feedback from peers, team members, managers of projects they worked and client, that focuses on absolute performance and no bell curve
• Enhance tech capabilities through tech talks by different practices, community building, practice mentoring, ideate and implement through Garage
• Global mobility programs that assists in meeting career aspirations
• Addition of more leaders
3. Every organization experiences multigeneration workforce and it becomes critical for everyone to collaborate to make the organization successful. To enable this, we built non-hierarchial and non-protocol oriented culture where associates irrespective of level and experience are empowered to speak their mind and contribute.
4. HR is a very critical stakeholder responsible for associate engagement and work closely with delivery to make it happen. Most of the decisions related to associates are taking with consensus.
Based on the feedback, we will identify gaps and work towards addressing them.
