Very Good Team players till Tech Lead / Test Lead and Project/ Scrum master level. This 1 Star is for this only. Without this rating may be negative

Cons

1. Director Person - He is going to close this company 1 day. 2. You can not ask questions, it would never get listened 3. HR is THE WORST and addition to that there is associate HR person just for sending mail as Birthday/ Rangoli/ Zumba & Bank representative 4. Agile - Its worst agile followed in technology. You are following 'Desi Agile' way , you need to report same thing 4 to 5 times (1 to client and rest to internal management) 5. One way communication, its been dictated to do so, toooooo much micromanagement 6. Flexible Hours - Is just on paper : Expect to be in office at 9:30/ 10am everyday 7. Single Client Dependency - This is THE HIGHEST job security Risk now days 8. India Head office - Hyderabad : No Support or advise at all

We follow an open-door approach where anyone can raise questions/share concerns with Directors/Line Managers/Program Managers/HRBP through multiple forums available for associates: Whats Going On, Voice of EPAM-anonymous platform to express concerns, Townhalls, People Leadership Effectiveness Surveys, Associate Experience Surveys, Monthly connects, Team connects, HRBP connects that happens through a set cadence. We believe in following Agile practices like SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban which are globally recognized processes. As a culture we also follow adopting the best practices & ceremonies of Agile manifesto not only for our client projects but also followed by our support functions, leadership teams regularly. Since we operate in flat structure, reporting to multiple stakeholders do not arise. We do believe and provide flexible hours as needed including WFH option as and when needed for our associates. However, if any of the respective engagement requires adherence to specific working hours, the respective team managers are empowered to decide and follow accordingly, without impacting the client's expectations. We follow non-hierarchy and no bureaucracy culture. Therefore, our operations are decentralized so that decision making is effective, efficient and faster. Pune and Bangalore sites have capable and mature senior leaders to handle day to day operations locally. Full support is provided from the Hyderabad office where needed. Pune is the fastest growing site and has added many clients. We are partnering with reputed logos from finance, insurance, Oil &Gas, Healthcare, etc with experience in various technology stacks that include .Net core microservices/Webservices, Angular, Kendo, DevOps, Azure, PCF, Java, Spring, Spring Core, SpringBoot, Spring Data, Cucumber, Selenium, Salesforce and many more.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
