      Pros

      I have been working for EPAM from last 10 months. You will see a real engineering culture here. Management is very supportive and always encourages the talent. No work place politics at all. There is well defined process and standards for end to end delivery of customer projects with best quality. You will always see happy customers which gives you enough satisfaction and peace of mind. EPAM is the best place to work if you are passionate about learning, contribution and growth.

      Pros

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
