- Salary range might be a bit lower than in the market and it might be a bit difficult to get a decent raise, however, it may depend on different factors; - To get a promotion, there is an internal procedure called "Assessment", which might be pretty challenging to pass, and there have been cases when people could not pass it, left the company and then joined again with already a more senior title.
