      Good onboarding, staff, structure, resources, communities, career path, paid training and certification, insurance, benefits, well organized

      Cons

      Projects not so interesting, lots of internal products. Lots of very technical project (migration, new architecture, etc), can stay long on a bench, too much politics, brutal management.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
