Pros

Strong recognition in market for engineering prowess. Excellent tools and onboarding, amazing response to the war in Ukraine, smart people, "new guard" moving from staff aug, managed services focus.

Cons

Still an old guard focused on development staffing, ruthless toxic culture very heavily influenced by majority Eastern European staff. Time zone discrepancy requires early US mornings and late evenings commitment, terrible work/life balance, unrealistic and out of touch management, HR and leadership below CEO.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

Cons

- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
