      Good salary for Brazil standards; Good meal vouchers; Very good health and dental plans; A lot of certification opportuinities; Clear and good opportunities of career improvement inside EPAM;

      Cons

      Lack of management for employees in bench (it's not alwatys bad, but for newcomers, we feel lost and demotivated); Lack of projects and LACK OF COMMUNICATION about what EPAM is doing about it;

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
