Pros

Working at Epam is so much fun and I can honestly say I love my job. The HR team are the best i've ever worked with and are very proactive as opposed to reactive. There is a huge focus on employee wellbeing and inclusivity! I would 100% recommend anyone to join Epam.

Cons

Working for any large global company always offers its challenges and some of the processes can feel a little tiresome at times, especially when you have a lot of client work on. That being said, for large companies to operate efficiently, these processes must exist and in fairness to Epam, they do this whilst creating that start-up/small company atmosphere and vibe. Although Epam's pay is competitive, it's not up there with some big-paying companies. However, the flexible ways of working and the working environment somewhat offset this to make me want to stay here for the remainder of my career, even though I might be able to get paid a little more elsewhere.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
