the big issue is, that they hire you after, you go through all the processes, they may not find a project for you, they terminate the contract, and if u work b2b, they put u to do insurance for ur company that costs 1000Euro

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
