      If you do nothing, nobody cares :) if thats what you like, of course

      Cons

      Not a single salary raise in 3 years. Rusty technologies, no professional growth, 20-40 internal interviews every time to get a new project, sexual harassment, constantly mistaken with salary payments, no bonuses, humiliation and threats from managers.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
