      Company focuses in building good Engineering Talent in training. Latest technologies to explore like Metaverse, Android, etc. Good work life balance. Supportive Mentors and Senior Management. Various internal projects and POCs to work and gain experience while on bench.

      Cons

      Company took much time on bench and in allocating client project.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
