- No transparent communication with employees regarding the situation, changes to previously provided benefits and perspectives. - Relocated employees are NOT employed by the Turkish legal entity, which puts them into a grey zone regarding taxes. - The company stopped providing visa support to non-registered partners of employees supported at the beginning of the relocation process and did NOT communicate it in advance. - Medical insurance covers nothing, and the company changes its conditions without prior notice. Therefore, you can NOT plan any checkups or treatments, leaving aside serious cases. - The company does NOT provide financial help to employees forced to leave Turkey (in case their or their partners' residence permit applications are rejected - this happens now and then). - The relocation team often fails to provide accurate information regarding the specifics of Turkish document flows. - Relocation with the company from Turkey is complicated to the point of non-existence (however, you can be offered some options if you have an alternative offer). - Salary growth is frozen (again, you can be offered some options if you have an alternative offer). - Assessments (often the only instrument to switch to another salary range and get a chance to move to a more 'expensive' location) are frozen. - The company knows perfectly well about all these problems and does NOTHING.
