      permanent remote work on time salary few benefits on learning new skills

      Cons

      Short term project for every new project within EPAM, you need to give Interview and interview is very tough specially client round because client are basically from Goldman, Thomoson, DBSS, Mastercard . Communication issue while interacting with outside team members specially from Ukraine side. during your bench phase, if you not cleared the interview for any project then chances are high to laid off. Stability issue is high

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
