Pros

- On a technical/professional level, most employees know their stuff - There are some interesting projects

Cons

- Really de-centralized environment, where almost everyone works on different projects, which makes it hard to build relationships - Salary is not really up to other companies for the same role types - Progressing is really cumbersome and could be way easier

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
