Hi there! Thank you for leaving us such a great review--we appreciate the 5 stars, and the way you're providing insight for others about what it's like to work at EPAM! We love seeing so many positive things listed about your experience with us over the last TWO DECADES! Thank you for all you have done and continue to do.
We know compensation is important, and we really strive to make sure our packages align with the market and remain competitive in the tech space. If you have concerns, please reach out to your RM or line manager to discuss. They can help you create a plan for leveling up that works for you and is suited to your strengths and needs. If you have other feedback or more specific questions, you can always reach out to us at Glassdoor@epam.com and we are happy to help. Thank you!
Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.
Cons
Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
- A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills;
- Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences;
- Great benefits and insurance.
Cons
- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT;
- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
- Stock price dwindled significantly.
