      Balanced work. It not very light, not very heavy. Even when some days have a heavy workload, others are relatively light. Work-from-home flexibility. Flexible work timings. Bold and quick to adapt to new tech. Comfortable working with energetic people and good office space. Space to work on multiple domain businesses, adding to exposure Adaptability to new tech , Gen AI Initiatives.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
