      The campus is amazing, and they hire wonderful, interesting people.

      Cons

      The reason they're always hiring is that their business model is based around hiring recent college grads, working them into the ground, and then hiring the next batch.

      Lots of ownership. Lots of ownership over the SWE lifecycle, and I mean everything from CI/CD to Dev to Design and gathering alignment.

      Things move slow but deadlines are fast. Lots of badgering needed.
