No potential career growth unless you have a very specific skillset that will not be disclosed. The goalpost is always moving so don't expect to move up and have a salary increase and/or bonus conversation. It is "rewarded" if you work yourself around the clock - it is said that isn't expected of you but that's what your managers will be doing - the reward is more work but no more pay. They (managers) will also offer you no guidance or actual teaching. Everyone is friendly enough, but they will talk about you behind closed doors. If you would like to increase your skillset, this is not the place to do it, rather, just repetitive work with no clear guidelines or feedback.
