+ good people + a lot of opportunity, people tend to move every 18 mos to 2 years + decent benefits + opportunity for community service + ability to work remote + good culture, focus on being ethical and safety
Cons
- need more focus on employees - short term focus by sr management - need more investment in manufacturing facilities - a lot of opportunity - too much employee movement...no consistency - very slow to react to market and needs of customer - slow to market with new products - business units have little autonomy - not entrepreneurial - have had negative impact on the Cooper Industries businesses purchased in 2012
