• Promotions are a total mess. People get promoted or blocked from promotion without any clear guidelines or rationale. Career advancement seems to have nothing to do with merit; it feels arbitrary, political, and unfair. For those who genuinely want to grow here, it’s demoralizing to see effort and performance ignored. This could easily be improved if leadership actively communicated and set transparent expectations.
• Massive changes are announced last minute, often same-day via email, with notices deliberately timed at inconvenient hours that catch employees off guard. It feels careless and disrespectful to the people who have to absorb the impact.
• The company is extremely bureaucratic — endless layers of approval make even the simplest tasks painfully slow, creating frustration and killing any sense of agility or progress.
Communication is almost non-existent. Employees are left in the dark, treated as though their time and input don’t matter. The lack of respect is palpable, and it makes the culture heavy and demotivating.
