Pros

- Larger company seems stable and well-resourced - Good benefits and competitive pay

Cons

- VP of Biometrics develops a culture of blame and micromanagement - Biometrics department is entirely siloed, little opportunity for cross-functional development - Employees afraid to question things for fear of looking stupid, or admit mistakes (it will be held against them later) - Pressure to deliver favorable results silences legitimate concerns

Pros

All the surface level amenities (building, cafe, gym). Lots of SMEs with big hearts.

Cons

The number of people that quit in the last 90 days. Quiet layoffs The true promotion price is doing 3 jobs and accommodating different time zones. Lots of inexperienced managers and layers Too much " aligning" and "circling back" ; not enough doing
