      Great benefits, great mission, true passion to treat patients

      Cons

      Management turnover ruined a great place to work. Regularly voted a great place to work, but not even a mention of it over the last 2-3 years.

      Pros

      All the surface level amenities (building, cafe, gym). Lots of SMEs with big hearts.

      Cons

      The number of people that quit in the last 90 days. Quiet layoffs The true promotion price is doing 3 jobs and accommodating different time zones. Lots of inexperienced managers and layers Too much " aligning" and "circling back" ; not enough doing
