At first look, the company looks like a great opportunity to growth professionally. However, everything changes one inside. Many people with not that much to do and only paying attention to all kind of gossips. People interested in the personal affairs of others. Too many internal love stories that include even the HR dept and the CEO of the company in PRG. Too much soup operas even between friends. Nothing to do with a professional matter. Depending on the area, the management can be Czech or multicultural. For the unfortunates that have to work with the layback Czech management expect bosses but not leaders, people specially the sit all day infant of the computer watching and starring at your PC, monitoring you and scanning you all the time. The main with a sight problem faking that works infant of the open PC the whole day but it is not doing anything. Also sending others to monitor and scan other people PC's activities. Unfortunately, most of the Czech people working in this company are uneducated. The ones with poor manners, coming from small towns and having worked previously in places such us Aldi or Tesco and having personality issues. Those people just hang out together trying to push the foreigners out of the company and giving poor performance reviews backed up with only their personal feelings to the Czech management. As lazy as they can be, the Czech management believes everything from the labourers since they prefer to keep receiving their salaries and of course how they go every day to have lunch together at 11am, -because this is their only worry every single day- take incorrect actions against the ones that prove to be smarter and more experience. Finally, too many stories of people travelling and spending huge amount of budget. This company in PRG looks like the mafia, 'La Familia' - people inventing work trips, trying to keep the information locked up for themselves, friends favours only, Czech mafias, too many sex affairs between colleagues and others just focus on the creation of traps to push down people they dislike or feel more intelligent as them.
