Pros

- The employees are very friendly, easy to work with, and proud of what they do - Extended learning opportunities funded partially or fully by the company or department - Patient-focused workplace, working here is rewarding - Great benefits, decent employee stock purchase plan

Cons

- Lots of red tape and processes are sometimes slow - Big company, easy to go unnoticed if you let yourself - HR and Management pride EW for growth opportunities and movement within the company- this is the case with some employees, but not the majority - Job satisfaction seems to vary widely with business unit and/or management

Pros

All the surface level amenities (building, cafe, gym). Lots of SMEs with big hearts.

Cons

The number of people that quit in the last 90 days. Quiet layoffs The true promotion price is doing 3 jobs and accommodating different time zones. Lots of inexperienced managers and layers Too much " aligning" and "circling back" ; not enough doing
