      Family oriented culture, multiple initiatives intended to retain employees, gym in house an a cafeteria being developed.

      Cons

      Very poor engineering judgement at all levels. Management is consistently out of focus and lacks in how to prioritize engineering tasks. Very poor engineering development program.
