Pros

Outstanding products, challenging projects, technically competent people working here. Growth has been phenomenal Nice facility overall Good location, closer to all infrastructure. Generous expense with AMEX account

Cons

Politics & relations rule at this place. Be aware & I am NOT making this up. Ignore all the fantasies, parties, privileges that they give you. They are mainly paint-coating to get you in the company before they squueze you to death. Layoffs happen periodically every 2-3 years whether business is good or bad. Make sure once you get in the door & work here: back up your PC every week. Employees who resign going to competitors, laid off or fired are escorted out the door the same day. You will not have much time to remove your personal files. Upper & middle management only worry for themselves & their primary objectives (KOD's) which lead to their hefty bonuses end of year. They could care less about the people that put in well over 40 hr a week year after year after year. The management expect you to work from home in the evening & on weekend & even through the holidays to meet their KOD objectives. The parking & traffic around the facility is horrific. If you are late to work (like 8:30 AM), you will spend 20 minute to park & walk to your office Last advice: when you quit EW going to competitors, do not tell the boss & HR so. Just say you are taking a breather & look for jobs later. They will leave u alone for your last 2 week notice & won't harass you.
