Laughable company - Production Assembler Edwards Lifesciences Employee Review

Lack of organization from the management, High level of favoritism on the lines when it comes to promotions. Pay isn't great considering the high level of work that is expected from the assemblers example: line has half the amount of staff needed to run effectively then being constantly asked why you aren't reaching targets. Line leads aren't able for the job and make silly decisions which end up being changed back. Supervisor are never too be seen on the lines usually in meetings or hiding upstairs. Don't get me wrong the company is okay and if your looking to make a break into the industry than it's a perfect place to get experience in the medical device field.
