Pros

The benefits are good. If you grease your elbow with the manager your bonus will be good too.

Cons

Not a family friendly company. There's no concept of work life balance though they continue to act as if that's what they're implementing. You can be an average worker but get promoted if you're in the "inner circle" with the managers. They do not like people that do not have strong A type personalities. If you keep to yourself but do your job that doesn't matter. It only matters if you do 20% of the work but brag about it 80% of the time to management. It's very performative. Not sure about other BUs but this is specific to TMTT. R&D is manority of folks from one country so they look down on anybody coming from a different country. People keep giving negative feedback about employees but nothing is done to encourage improvement. Horrible micro managing bosses drive ppl to leave but nothing is done to them despite multiple complaints from ppl. There is no team effort. It's a everyone for themselves kind of atmosphere. So ppl step on each other's toes to prove that they're the best of the best instead of a team environment. Overall, horrible.
