Implements tick box initiatives to "improve culture" without addressing the underlying reasons why.
Incentive program 2023 was delivered to all divisions the last day of Q1 when many people over achieved and then we saw that everyone was capped at 100% with a catch up the following year. Reasons given "So we can retain staff for longer"

The comments were "nobody speaks up with fear of retribution" Your management style is draconian" apparently that feedback was given directly to the BUH from them.
