      great people, enjoy the philanthropic efforts of the company and patient centered work

      Cons

      they'll work you to death. Worked 14+ hours a day on a regular basis plus weekends. You'll need those great benefits to pay for the mental and physical illness the job gives you. Don't count on being paid based on merit. It is based on relationships.
