      Leistung wird anerkannt und auch ordentlich vergütet. Management hört auf Mitarbeiter und das Arbeitsklima ist super!

      Cons

      Da amerikanisches Unternehmen und noch dazu MedTech, gehört Compliance, Policies und SOP's zur Tagesordnung - es bremst oft mal die Geschwindigkeit, damit muss man umgehen können.

      Pros

      All the surface level amenities (building, cafe, gym). Lots of SMEs with big hearts.

      Cons

      The number of people that quit in the last 90 days. Quiet layoffs The true promotion price is doing 3 jobs and accommodating different time zones. Lots of inexperienced managers and layers Too much " aligning" and "circling back" ; not enough doing
