PLM Group in AT don't value good people - Senior Analyst PLM, AT Edwards Lifesciences Employee Review

This organisation in AT should named as a Training group. I havn't seen any company pouring tons of money in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) program. They have a huge team where you can add zero value. Highly political environment. The priority keep changing every day. Highly stressful environment with no focus on value added work.The group just want Yes MAN type of people. No place for innovation and creativity. If you can't work in highly political environment this place is not for you.
