      close-knit, supportive community; beautiful campus; lots of resources available

      Cons

      This may not a con for all folks, but could be--there is a general expectation that employees will be on campus daily for a 'regular work day' (not the case for all professor positions I have been in)

      Very good resources for new faculty. Good culture. Amazing, motivated students.

      Experiences vary by home department. If you aren't one of the major priorities, you are overlooked and under-resourced.
