Pros
* dress code * people stuff (e.g. dress code; free snacks etc.) - the people team care and do their best to make it a great place to work
Cons
* unrealistic deadlines * did i mention unrealistic deadlines? that thing alone can and will break and overshadow any pros. so this is a deal-breaker * i don't care about this personally but the company basically makes money from addictions. but so do a lot of other companies. this isn't really a con, just a fact. probably a pro if anything as the company, entain, will always make a lot of money (during recessions probably even more money) * VERY limited career progression (probably have to kill somebody or blackmail them to resign or could wait for them to die etc.) * i could write a lot more but i need to get back to my unrealistic/impossible deadlines * insane staff turnover
