Pros
I can't think of many. I was lucky to work with some awesome people, they were the only saving grace of the job.
Cons
Terrible pay and no work life balance, not only are you working 60 hour weeks, usually with no lunch break but on top of that there are several out of work events you must attend. Astoundingly AWFUL upper management, not only will they throw you under the bus for anything and everything that could possibly go wrong, but when you perform well and make goals they do nothing to convey appreciation, let alone even a "good job". Getting hit on, harassed, or threatened with physical violence by customers occurs almost daily and you have to tiptoe the situation because because you are graded on your customer service, not knowing who might get a service call. My last straw was when I went on vacation (a real rarity at ERAC and the only one of my 4 years with them) and I got written up for my performance when I returned, the date's mentioned in the memo referenced the days I was on vacation. This job will literally suck the life and happiness from you.
