Pros
Really smart, driven coworkers; maximum of 1 other person to share an office with; the food is incredible; meaningful work (to a point); excellent insurance and great raises
Cons
Raise/bonus is based on rankings which becomes a popularity contest; the reward for good work is more work (and typically good raises, but at what cost?); no focus on professional development, very much a sink or swim strategy for professional growth; terrible PTO and WFH policies; employee retention strategies include dangling a sabbatical in front of you at 5 years (after 5 years of abysmal PTO) and making sure that you can't get a job in healthcare IT for at least 18 months after leaving (aka the only field you likely have experience in since you were likely hired straight out of college).
