Great pay for right out of college, good benefits, excellent cafeteria, smart and capable colleagues, interesting and meaningful work
Cons
Steep learning curve, tough to manage work-life balance but gets easier with time, hard to take vacations without a mountain of work when you get back, few opportunities to “move up” in the company, the company values new employees more than longtime employees, lack of transparency with decisions behind pay rates and performance reviews
