      Benefits are decent, work place is "quirky", and they try to help out with the little things (like dry cleaning).

      Cons

      "Quirky" environment, information mismanagement, and they try to help you out with the little things (like dry cleaning). Being paid once a month takes some getting used to, as do the grammar lessons.
