      - Very good compensation for fresh college graduates and Madison is relatively cheap - Get to work with a lot of smart and competent people - Good work/life balance, but this depends on your team and your TL

      Cons

      - Really old and outdated technology - Work can be boring. Everything moves slowly due to a lot of processes and overheads
