It's fun to be a part of this industry. Numerous career paths are available within the company as long as you are willing to work hard. Employees are given a lot of autonomy.
Cons
It was a bit stressful when I first started because you are given a lot of responsibility early on. However, this responsibility turning into a benefit after I was trained since it makes the work more meaningful.
