      Pros

      The colleagues I worked with while at Epic were very talented and hard working. There was a strong culture of improving processes and investing in employees.

      Cons

      One thing that could have been improved on was the overall QA strategy, which seemed to change every few years.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
