Pros
-Good first job out of college -Jobs require creativity and offer varied challenges -Some fun perks like free popcorn, juice, coffee, tea, etc.
Cons
-Job experience depends entirely upon the manager you get (the last manager I had was entirely the reason why I left the company and had such a poor experience with this company) -Work-life balance is not a consideration at all -Upper management does not seem to care about effort put in by teams when team members are lost -This company will take as much time and energy as you will give them.
