      Pros

      Ability to make an impact at healthcare organizations. Pay is high, but is it worth your mental health?

      Cons

      Work/life balance. Bad behaviors of more senior employees (culture of disrespect, lack of empathy). The response to COVID-19 was APPALLING. Company was very resistant to stopping travel and letting workforce work remotely.
