Employees aren't valued and it's getting worse - Technical Support Engineer Epic Employee Review

-Employees have no real voice. Direct managers truly care about employees for the most part; however, above that the management doesn't care and actively discourages negative feedback. -COVID response has been horrible and demoralizing. At every turn the company has resisted doing the right thing and allowing folks to work from home. Additionally, communication has been sparse and what communication there has been has emphasized why people need to be in the office more than caring for employees' health and safety as well as that of the surrounding community. The general feel is that they don't trust employees to do work unless they are in person. -Amount of work/stress
