Pros
Great benefits; smart, driven coworkers; interesting work; casual, flexible environment
Cons
They expect all salaried employees to work 45-50 hours per week, if not more. There's a lot of burn out because of it, and knowledge can walk out the door. They do little to try to keep good people, because they know they can replace them with someone right out of college for less money.
