Pros
Excellent training program. Great place to live if you like smaller cities. Beautiful office environment. Fun, smart co-workers. Decent salaries and good benefits and perks. Relative flexibility in choosing work assignments, roles, and team after you've been there for awhile. Challenging, interesting projects. Some opportunities for advancement if you're creative about navigating the coporate culture. Very dedicated to customer service.
Cons
Chaotic work environment - constantly changing priorities and focus. Some projects get dropped mid-stream with little explanation, demoralizing the people who worked hard on them. Unspoken hierachy and complicated office politics, especially frustrating in the supposedly flat and open organizational structure. Very little support of middle managers (team leaders) from upper management. Relatively high stress work environment. Sometimes very long hours required, depending on role and project. Unclear, and sometimes politically charged, advancement and career path.
