Pros
If you work hard, you'll be compensated for it. Very social environment with mid-20's people mostly. Very friendly, and a good place to build you skills. Lots of opportunities to handle projects and customer relations.
Cons
You have to work hard. Some people can get by without putting in hard hours, but most of the time, its demanding. As someone who was not a go-getter in college, it was a slap in the face at first, but fI wanted it, and made it work. I feel like my hard work is recognized, and it has paid off well.
