Pros

Epic serves as a good start to a young professional's career, heavily challenging your time management, people management, and technical skills in an inherently challenging industry. The food is fantastic and the people you meet around your tenure tend to be great. People higher than 8 year tenure, who aren't executives, are also very good resources and tend to be kind.

Cons

Your experience in the company is 70% dependent on your first Application Manager (Supervisor) and first Team Leader (Boss). Having either one being bad at their job can lead to an extremely demoralizing experience given the greater level of credence given to the words of a higher tenured person than younger professionals. Additionally, the lack of standardization between the roles and divisions exacerbates this subjective experience for some newbies more than others. The work-life balance is also not flexible. You will absolutely be pushed to your limits if you're not placed on an add-on project.
